In 2020, Excessorized was born to provide quality handmade products that would bring joy to our customers. Since day one, a genuine love and passion for what we do, is clearly reflected in our products and customer service.

 

With that being said, our products are all made to order. What does this mean for you? It means that every item is hand-crafted specifically for you; so we ask that you please allow us a maximum of 14 business days before your items are shipped. If for any reason your item will take longer, we will reach out to you directly to inform you of the delay.

If requesting a customized item, our turn around time may be slightly longer. This is to ensure that you, as our customer, love the product that you are going to receive. We will provide you with a design proof and, once approved by you, we will create your item!

Our return policy is listed on every shop item for your convenience. Our non customized items can be returned within 7 days of purchase as long as the item is new and unused. Meanwhile, customized items cannot be returned or refunded once the design proof is approved by the customer.

We will not create trademarked or licensed products (i.e. apparel, tumbler, earrings). We know there are popular items that you and your little ones enjoy and love; however, we leave those products up to the original creators.

Once a package is shipped, we no longer have any control over it. If a package is lost or damaged by the carrier, you must file a claim with them.
