Non customized items may be returned up to 7 days after purchase. Item is required to be new and unused to qualify for return. Customer pays return shipping. Item will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days upon receival of the item.
Customized items cannot be returned. Design proofs are provided to prevent returns on customized items. Once design is approved by buyer items cannot be returned nor refunded.
